Thank you for your interest in our quilting classes. This March we have a few quilting classes on our
schedule. All sign-ups must be received 3 days prior to class. It is the responsibility of our students to
ensure that each of their quilting tools has their name on each item.
Sew, with all of that being said in fun humour, please adhere to the Short-Arm Cafe's Class Policies.

1. You may bring your own sewing machine to class or we can rent one to you for $5/class.
2. You must bring your pattern and all materials and supplies with you to each class. If you need an item you
may either purchase that item or rent my personal tools at $2.50 per item.
3. You DO NOT need to buy your fabric at our Shop, of course I'd love it if you did, but I am cool like that.
4. You may not make up a class if you call or cancel or don't call or don't cancel and don't show up. I
apologize much for this but my schedule does not have much room for rescheduling without disrupting my
pups schedule. I will do my best and have almost always accommodated every one of my previous students.
5. You must be willing to do some sew-work at home outside of class. Please make sure that you do this
work. If you are struggling, don't fret, just come and see me at the cafe and I'll guide you along.
Thanks again for choosing us to teach you the basics of an American Cultural Tradition, the Art of Quilt
Making. With our hands on approach students finish entire quilt tops by the end of each class. It is just
awesome to see the big smiles of accomplishment when your quilts are finished.
Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have questions about anything on this page.
